The prestigious digital gastronomic magazine 7 Cannibales, dedicates an article to the PGI Chorizo Riojano, taking advantage of the fact that the warm summer temperatures are giving way to colder ones and that our tables are beginning to fill up with more hearty dishes.

The Pantry section of the magazine has been filled with our chorizo to start the autumn.
