“Vota chorizo” fue galardonada como Mejor Campaña Integrada en los III Premios de la Comunicación Publicitaria organizada por la Asociación de Empresas de Comunicación de La Rioja.
Encuentro ‘Maridando Lenguaje, Publicidad y ChorizoS’ entre publicitarios, empresa local y lingüistas en una sesión en la que se maridará el análisis de la campaña publicitaria Vota Chorizo de la IGP del chorizo riojano de la empresa publicitaria Hola Jorge.
This time the challenge was even more difficult for the students of the School of Hospitality and Tourism of La Rioja in Santo Domingo de la Calzada. We invite your ingenuity and creativity to get the best out of Rioja chorizo through desserts and cocktails. You read that right, desserts and cocktails with chorizo.
DESSERTS
These were the finalist skewers:
- Choribom
- Crispy chorizo mousse
- Chorizo french toast
- Chorizo panna cotta
- Camerano cheese and chorizo tart
- Chorizo Cheesecake
- Riojan Pleasure
- Chorizo Macaron
A jury made up of two EHOJA teachers and a member of the IGP Chorizo Riojano were in charge of tasting all the finalist desserts and cocktails that were presented and explained by each of the students.

During the month of December we went to the School of Hospitality and Tourism of La Rioja in Santo Domingo de la Calzada to learn first-hand about the great work that the Rioja teachers do with the future chefs of our community.
In addition, we invite cooking students to participate in the first Pintxos Contest of the IGP Chorizo Riojano. The challenge was “simple”: get the most out of the chorizo and be creative in both the form, the flavor and the presentation.
These were the finalist skewers:

- Tartar on brioche bread
- Guernica pepper stuffed with chorizo
- Potatoes with chorizo
- lollipop Ravioli stuffed with chorizo
- Chorizo tapa with Gernika pepper hummus
